Instructions on using save files for GTA San Andreas:

1. Select one GTA San Andreas save file and download it.
2. Extract downloaded file to your desktop.
3. Copy GTASAsf1.b to GTA San Andreas game save folder.
4. Start your copy of GTA and load the first saved game.

Game save directory location:

WIN7/VISTA: C:\Users\NAME\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\
WINXP: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\

For brand new game installation:

If you have a brand new game installation (which means you didn't play game before using downloaded savegame), it is recommended to start the game, and exit right after the first mission starts.
Do it before following the instructions above. This method will create necessary files within the game save directory.
